This website is operated by Fresh Crop Export Veggies ("Fresh Crop"). By accessing or using the site you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You may use the site for lawful purposes only, to learn about our crops, capabilities and certifications, and to request commercial information.

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems, scrape or copy content for commercial reuse, introduce malicious code, or use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or with other users.

Crop descriptions, varieties, calibres, packaging formats, spec sheets, availability calendars and images are provided for general information. Agricultural output varies with season, weather and growing conditions, and specifications may change without notice.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer to sell. Prices, volumes, incoterms, lead times and quality parameters are agreed only in a written quotation, purchase order or supply contract signed by both parties. Those documents prevail over any content published here.

Quotations are valid for the period stated in them and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation. An order is binding once Fresh Crop confirms it in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, delivery terms follow the Incoterms rule stated in the confirmation, and title and risk pass accordingly. Claims regarding quantity or visible condition must be notified promptly on arrival, with supporting evidence, so the lot can be traced.

Our certifications, audits and food-safety programmes apply to the facilities and processes covered by each scheme and are valid for the periods stated by the certifying bodies. Buyers remain responsible for compliance with import, labelling and phytosanitary requirements in their destination market.

The Fresh Crop name, logo, photographs, video, 3D assets, texts, spec sheets and the design of this site are owned by Fresh Crop or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.

You may view and print content for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. Any other reproduction, distribution, modification or public use requires our prior written permission.

The site may link to third-party websites such as trade shows, certification bodies or social networks. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Product warranties, where applicable, are those set out in the signed commercial agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fresh Crop shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from the use of or inability to use this site. Liability arising from a supply contract is limited as set out in that contract.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fresh Crop and its personnel from claims, losses and expenses arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

Personal information submitted through this site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes relating to the site shall be submitted to the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica, unless a signed commercial agreement provides otherwise.

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site from the moment it is posted.
