Who we are

A Cartago family operation that grew into an exporter

Founded in 2002, Fresh Crop works its own farms and a network of audited growers in the Costa Rican highlands. Two decades later we supply national supermarket chains and export programmes abroad, with the same obsession for freshness we started with.

Mission

To guarantee fresh, safe products that meet the highest quality and food-safety standards, while continuously developing our team and our processes.

Vision

To expand our presence in the global market, standing out for quality, service and leading-edge technology.

Seed to shipment

Seven controlled steps between the soil and your container

    Harvest

Crops are cut at optimal maturity by trained crews and moved out of the field fast.

    Washing & Sorting

Produce is washed, graded by calibre and inspected against customer specifications.
